If you're passionate about recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Your Day-to-DayEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Proactive Sourcing: Independently source and engage top talent through various platforms, building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the CARSOME brand.Recruitment Reporting: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.Your Know-HowBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.Strong experience in corporate hiring, with a focus on mid- to senior-level positions.Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, and time management skills.Proactive, results-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset.
