- Identify potential leads and successfully convert them into opportunities.
- Manage and support existing and new customers within the assigned territory, whether Central or other designated markets, focusing on Commercial and Industrial clients.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries by providing accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Provide tailored solutions and quotations to potential customers based on their specific requirements.
- Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies and plans to meet individual sales targets.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues related to sales and customer relations while safeguarding the company's interests.
- Collaborate with the Design and Project teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to meet customer needs effectively.
- Maintain close monitoring of account receivables.
- Act as a representative to promote our products and services to the external community.
- At least Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marketing or any equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in the Solar Energy industry is an added advantage.
- Results-oriented with a sales-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel and have own transportation.
- Proficiency in Mandarin both speaking and writting is an added advantage.
