About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead all financial functions, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and financial planning. This role is key to driving financial performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring sound decision-making at the executive level. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and daily operations of the finance department, including policy creation, budgeting, and regular financial process reviews. Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting standards. Provide financial insights and advice to management for strategic decision-making. Act as a liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial matters. Manage company cash flow, liquidity, and fund allocation to optimize both short- and long-term profitability. Develop strategic business plans based on financial analysis and forecasting. Oversee financial management activities such as data generation, reporting, trend analysis, and health assessments. Drive efficiency and performance through effective financial distribution and planning. Authority & Access: Full ownership of financial reporting (P&L, ledger, compliance, tax reporting). Responsible for budgeting, financial allocation, and fund utilization. Access to confidential financial data and investment reports. The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, ACCA). 15+ years in finance, with leadership experience. Automotive industry background is a strong advantage.
