- Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Generate regular sales reports to track key performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Calculate and validate sales commissions based on established commission structures.
- Develop and maintain a repository of sales materials, including presentations, product sheets, case studies, and proposals.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience 1 year in sales operations or a similar role within a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certifications in CRM administration or sales operations are preferred
