Job Description In your new role you will: Site headcount calculation and planning for mid to long-term forecast(FRFC/TCR/LTCR) and scenarios. Business process owner of site headcount request till release, and controlling. Headcount and personnel efficiency assessment and reporting. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Minimum a bachelor degree in any Businesss, Science or Engineering field More than 5years of experience in Facilities/Tools Planning and Project Management, preferable in Semiconductor manufacturing industry Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple stakeholders Ability to work independently, problem-solving and multi-tasking to handle phases of high work load.
