In your new role you will:
- Site headcount calculation and planning for mid to long-term forecast(FRFC/TCR/LTCR) and scenarios.
- Business process owner of site headcount request till release, and controlling.
- Headcount and personnel efficiency assessment and reporting.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Minimum a bachelor degree in any Businesss, Science or Engineering field
- More than 5years of experience in Facilities/Tools Planning and Project Management, preferable in Semiconductor manufacturing industry
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, problem-solving and multi-tasking to handle phases of high work load.
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in Tableau will be added advantage
