Role Overview: The Workplace Administrator plays a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the organization's endpoint management and workplace infrastructure globally. This role ensures high availability, compliance, and security of endpoint systems while driving initiatives that support a seamless IT experience across international teams. Key Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and scale the global workplace infrastructure, including Microsoft Intune and Baramundi endpoint management platforms Administer and update client policies, software packages, and client systems through Microsoft Intune Package, test, troubleshoot, and deploy Windows computer images across multiple languages and regions Create and implement application deployment packages and automation scripts using PowerShell and other languages Monitor and execute the deployment of operating system and software patches to ensure global endpoint compliance Generate, analyze, and maintain workplace operation reports for global visibility and decision support Manage mobile device configuration and deployment through Microsoft Intune Coordinate and support various global IT projects, ensuring smooth implementation and delivery Provide global remote support, leveraging appropriate tools to resolve endpoint issues Administer Microsoft Teams Telephony and assist in unified communication setup and operations Create and maintain IT documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge base articles for internal use Manage and apply Group Policies in Active Directory to enforce IT standards and controls Conduct endpoint security assessments and implement preventive measures in compliance with internal and external standards Support internal and external audits, including certifications like ISO27001 and TISAX Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop or endpoint administration within enterprise environments Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Intune, Teams, and Office Strong foundation in IT infrastructure such as Active Directory, Entra, DNS, DHCP Hands-on experience with Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, RedHat) is an advantage Skilled in scripting languages including PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, Python, or Ruby Basic understanding of endpoint security and compliance frameworks including Microsoft Security and Compliance Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Azure, especially Azure Virtual Desktop Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management practices Strong documentation, planning, and communication skills in English Flexibility to support global operations outside regular hours when required Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
