- Reporting to Cabin Manager for daily operations
- Overseeing daily cabin operations to ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness
- Assist to Cabin Manager for leading and motivating a team of cabin stewards to deliver personalized, attentive service
- Attending to guest requests with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth
- Ensuring seamless communication between departments to enhance the onboard experience
- Assist to Cabin Manager for Training and mentoring team members in service excellence and operational standards
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and proactively resolving any issues
- Upholding safety and hospitality protocols to ensure guest comfort and well-being
- Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance service delivery and guest engagement
- Create and implement Standard Operation Procedures for Cabin Department
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese); additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, French, or German are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality or luxury guest service environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong Administrative and computerize skills
- A warm, professional, and positive demeanor
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a team, ensuring service consistency and excellence
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and extended journeys
- International exposure or experience in high-end travel or hospitality environments is considered an advantage
