Elevate the team.As Supervisor, you’re the bridge between leadership and the floor team — guiding staff, supporting operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities

Lead by example on the sales floor
Support team performance, training, and development
Assist in managing store operations and customer service
Step in as manager-on-duty when required

You Bring

2–4 years of retail or supervisory experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Passion for customer service and the Vans lifestyle
