- Lead the sales and marketing efforts for the company's full range of semiconductor equipment within Penang, Malaysia, and globally.
- Drive business development by identifying and securing new customers to achieve sales growth and revenue targets in semiconductor equipment, customized manufacturing, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Technology and Engineering teams to review product and performance specifications, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Manage and facilitate Sales Kick-Off meetings, ensuring all key deliverables and timelines are met to fulfill customer orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Conduct market intelligence research to uncover emerging trends, evolving technologies, and new customer requirements.
- Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking to provide management with updates on industry landscape, including new entrants, strategies, and customer feedback.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts, and deliver periodic sales performance reports and reviews.
- Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategic actions to address variances and ensure KPIs are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; additional qualifications in Sales Management are advantageous.
- Well-versed in the semiconductor industry, particularly in back-end packaging trends and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in equipment-level sales and marketing within the semiconductor sector.
- Possesses a strong network and solid relationships with key players in semiconductor packaging, assembly, and test houses.
- Bilingual with strong communication and presentation skills.
