- Develop account plans, client mapping and farm for new business opportunities.
- Acts as a liaison between external customers and internal departments.
- Interact with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, as well as interact with other employees to resolve customer concerns.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, and conducts coaching, briefing for associates as requested by client.
- Prioritize client cases and escalate issues as needed to other departments, as well as work with support teams to increase customer satisfaction and brand recognition.
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
- Escalate timely significant issues to Management.
- Support with complying with the Adecco internal control framework.
- Any other task assigned by the Company time to time.

- Clear and effective communication style, with ability to communicate in English.
- Presentable and dress professionally
- Trusted advisor to Branches, Associates and Customers.
- Work very closely with other team members.
