Responsibilities:Be the face of the organization.Communicate effectively with customer.Demonstrate maturity in handling customer enquiries and complaints.Manage administrative tasks such customer management, clerical work, handling phone calls, scheduling.Be empathetic to customer needs.Answer and direct all incoming calls.Typing, photocopying, distribution and filing of records and correspondences.Sorting and distribution of incoming mails.Preparation of payment vouchers and printing of chequesMaintenance of office supplies.Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.Requirements:SPM, STPM, Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial
or equivalent.At least 3 years working experience in administrative workPossess good communication and telephony skill.Pleasant personality.Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel * Able to speak Mandarin
