Our Client: We are partnering with a German based MNC that specializes in manufacturing of Electrical Power Equipments. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Regional Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth. Responsibility: Grow and maintain customer relationships across the region. Regularly visit clients and build long-term partnerships. Present technical product info and deliver training sessions to customers, agents, and team members. Support sales proposals and quotation preparation. Track project progress and follow up on quotations. Handle customer complaints and support resolution. Organize and lead customer sales events. Create visit reports, sales forecasts, and market updates. Work closely with international sales teams and local agents. Requirements: A degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in power transmission & distribution. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently and manage deadlines. Willing to travel frequently. Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
