Job Responsibility Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients Handle requests and queries appropriately Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines Issue Invoice and Delivery Order Arrange and take care on stocks balance Handle courier and customer order Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field Proficiency in English or Mandarin Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals. Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
