Job Responsibility Role And Area Of Responsibilities The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all our internal colleagues and external guests. He/She supports matters related to office management, administration, operations and maintenance of the Company, etc. to ensure effective utilization of the Company's resources. Office Administration Support To attend promptly to all incoming telephone calls with a courteous manner To manage and circulate all incoming and outgoing email. letters, parcels and courier To handle and manage dispatch schedules To handle the upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, fixture and fitting; to contact technician/vendor for repairing when necessary To manage and update office client listing, office Emergency Contact List and so on. To consolidate monthly reports submission including utility bills, expenses etc. to Finance Department To manage and follow up quotation, fee proposal and invoices To monitor and keep track of stationery inventory, photocopy and printing control to achieve cost-effectiveness and ensure sustainability To take care of office tidiness and cleanliness and supervise cleaner on all the cleaning duties HR Administrations Support Monitor staff monthly KPI record Handle staff enrolment, deletion, claim, leave clearance & filing, etc Prepare all HR related letters including Employment letter, Contract Renewal/Extension, etc To manage company filing system (soft and hard copy) To maintain the confidentiality of HR information at all times To perform any other duties as directed by the Manager from time to time Job Requirements YUNIQ PLANNING CONSULTANT SDN. BHD is an Award winning town & country planning consultation firm specializing in masterplan design, land development, planning permission application, social project & impact assessments. We are expending with new opportunities for you to be part of our team. Diploma/ degree holder Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, powerpoint Initiative, dedicated and able to handle multiple tasks. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
