The Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing will lead strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive growth in the building materials industry. This role requires expertise in developing and managing dealer networks nationwide, building strong stakeholder relationships, and achieving sales targets.The Business Development Specialist will be driving revenue by expanding the distribution and dealer network across the building materials industry. This role will be heavily focused on building relationships and teamwork across functions and regions to strengthen the customer base and achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, grow the dealer network and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance.
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts with operational goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all activities.
