- Monitor collection status reported by teammate and ensure outstanding issue is highlighted to MO for action
- Monitor branch daily collection report, account receivable and account payable
- Work with HQ to decrease bad debt issue that might arise
- Build good rapport with agents to assist MO in collection process
- Backup, support, identify problem raise within the team by providing workable solution
- Review claim documents submit to Kluang office (Agents/Walk-In), to check and verify on every claim document as per checklist before submit to HQ
- Co-ordinate with agent/insured for any dispute/enquiry from HQ claim department
- Identify correct examiner to improve the efficiency of checking and completion of claim status in a timely manner
- Handle claim complaints
- Study each product and share knowledge with the team
- Be update and maintain up-to-date underwriting guideline, UW Authority LOA, survey guideline etc
- Ensure policies and endorsements are issued within timeframe and following underwriting guideline
- Ensure NCD Clawback perform in accordance to the process flows chart
- Identify type of risks and survey that need to be performed are in accordance to company’s SOP
- Checking on monthly renewal notices and distribution to agents
- Attend to agents/corporate client’s enquiries
- Backup, support, identify problem raise within the team by providing workable solution
- To assist in monitoring and follow up with agents for outstanding & collection status
- To monitor renewal business
- To prepare quotation when require
- To provide necessary report when require
- To assist agents in any enquiries or problems that might need immediate solution
- To maintain good relationship with agents/corporate client
- To write in/communicate with HQ underwriter for non-standard risk acceptance
- To recommend potential agents and servicing of agents
- Be part in achieving branch GWP
- To implement office operating system to ensure office efficiency in every aspect
- To ensure all office equipment operate in well-functioning condition and to co-ordinate repair & maintenance works whenever required
- To ensure proper filling of office documents
- To ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the office
- To understand company direction, operations and guidelines from time-to-time. Delegation of authority and control measures for bringing out successful work.
- To co-ordinate with HQ on any day-to-day related issue whenever required
- To undertake any other specific tasked assigned if any

- Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt and possess strong work ethic
- Strong leadership skill
- Proficient knowledge in insurance products and operation (an advantage)
