Responsibilities Ensure agents and Marketing Underwriter (MU)'s enquiries are attended to in an accurate and timely manner Provide support services to branches on all enquiries Submission of payment Batching motor/non-motor new business and endorsement Preparation of memo for refund Statement reconciliation Attend to group e-mail, payment-related matters, ensure follow up on unsubmitted cover notes and support all administration related work Requirements Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII. Minimum three (3) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred. Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point) Good problem solving skills Self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
