Native Japanese speaker. (Japanese who hold Japan Passport)
SPM, Diploma/Bachelor degree
5 years or more of high school graduation, 2 years or more of work experience for vocational or junior college students, new university graduates are welcome to apply
Conversational level English skills
Positive and capable of execution
Good listener, can use positive words, and has strong communication skill
Experience using Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries about how to register membership and cancel.
Troubleshooting streaming devices. Example: login, streaming, password settings, email settings, viewing issues, etc.

*Chat support 60% of the time, Call support 40% of the time. All responses are in Japanese.

Writing reports and reporting to superiors. (All in English)
Participating in regular meetings. (All in English)

*Sometimes English is used during work.*More than 90% of the work will be done in Japanese, but the procedures and manuals for joining the company are in English, and communication with non-Japanese speaking superiors will be in English.*Training will be conducted in English by a Japanese trainer, but questions can be asked in Japanese.
