Guest Service Management Ensure excellent customer service at check-in and check-out. Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally. Resolve issues quickly to maintain guest satisfaction. Team Supervision Supervise front office staff (receptionists, bellmen, concierge, etc.). Provide training and coaching to team members. Schedule shifts and manage team performance. Operational Oversight Ensure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and materials. Oversee reservations, room assignments, and key control. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Cash & Billing Handling Monitor and balance cash drawers and petty cash. Review and approve invoices and guest billing. Ensure accurate billing and payment processes. Communication & Coordination Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations. Relay important guest information and preferences. Participate in daily briefings and management meetings. Report & Record Management Prepare daily occupancy and revenue reports. Monitor room inventory and reservations. Maintain records for guest profiles and preferences. Crisis and Emergency Handling Act as the point of contact in emergencies or unexpected situations. Follow emergency procedures (e.g., evacuation, medical incidents). ????
