Job Responsibility Establishing new accounts, building and maintaining good relationships with painting and waterproofing contractors. To plan and execute regular visit to construction sites, build relationship with the contractors and painters besides supplying paints to the project. Liaising with specifiers (architect, QS and Developers) and painting contractors on the Company s products specifications. To carry out site inspections and propose relevant solutions in response to customer s complaint To handle timely collection by monitoring on debtor ageing to reduce day outstanding and provide solutions to ensure smooth sales process.
