- Manage and lead all assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that identify timelines, resources, and budgetary requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates and detailed schedules for all phases of the project.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage external vendor relationships and act as the main point of contact for project-related communication.
- Monitor team and individual staff performance, providing timely feedback and direction.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Prepare project status reports and updates for management review and decision-making.
- Act as an internal trainer by conducting on-the-job training within the department.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), safety, and quality requirements at all times.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and enforce strict compliance with company safety rules and procedures.
- To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.
- To ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplace.
- To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.
- To maintain the departmental documentation.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
- Similar working experience or industry. Working experience with more than 10 years.
- Good self-discipline, must be willing to work in a team.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Project.
- Advantage for Mandarin speaking as may required to work closely with China team.
