In addition to assisting the Front Office operations, this position will be responsible for guest requests and/or complaints to ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.Qualifications:

At least 2 years' experience in similar role
Service oriented with professional presentation skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Passion to work with people
