- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share in the corporate sector
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize sales strategies and revenue generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and high-level executives
- Provide regular, detailed sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Implement innovative sales techniques and methodologies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and company offerings
- Oversee the development and implementation of customer retention programs to maximize long-term client value
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing effective sales strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages relevant to the Malaysian market is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
