Position Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across regional environments to enable consistent and rapid software delivery. Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) across different countries, ensuring scalability, availability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments across multiple regions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Monitor performance of regional systems and databases, respond to incidents, and ensure high uptime and reliability in all locations. Collaborate with distributed development teams to integrate and standardize DevOps practices across regional units. Deploy and manage containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to support scalability and multi-region workloads. Design, implement, and maintain regional database systems, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and multi-region replication. Enforce security best practices consistently across regional deployments, cloud environments, databases and application layers. Evaluate and integrate emerging tools and technologies to enhance the regional DevOps ecosystem. Provide technical documentation and training for regional teams to promote knowledge sharing and operational consistency. Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience). 2 to 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role, preferably supporting multi-region systems. Proven experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) across different zones or regions. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and operational tooling. Solid hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) supporting regionally distributed codebases. Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. Skilled in containerized application deployment and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes at scale. Skilled in deploying, managing, and scaling relational and NoSQL databases in cloud environments, with experience in high availability, replication, and automated monitoring. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus) in a regional or multi-cloud context. Strong grasp of Linux/Unix systems and network configurations across distributed environments.
