- Perform service operation tasks and duties as assigned by Service Manager.
- Manage and implement service assignment in compliance to company standard procedures and process.
- Prepare service-related reports for customer and internal reporting.
- Achieve and improve customer satisfaction.
- Deliver and close Service projects within customer expected schedule and within project budget.
- Manage and supervise contractors and vendors to achieve project objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
- Active change order management and pursue project variation orders to improve profit margin.
- Control and monitor project site execution progress and performance.
- Remotely supporting customers and service colleagues to do DCS troubleshooting
- Anticipates customer needs and provides services that are beyond customer expectations.
- Uses customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings.
- Serves as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key account
- Hand-on engineering knowledge with focus on customer need and satisfaction
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Able to communicate verbally and in written form with good interpersonal skills.
