- Account Management (50%)
- - Responsible for end-to-end management of long tail accounts which includes;
- - Prepare pitch and present to prospective merchants
- - Send quotations, agreements & relevant documentation to merchants
- - Support BD Managers on specific account handling
- - Post-campaign follow up and reports
- Operational support (50%)
- - Coordinate with internal stakeholders on merchants' activities, deals, and upsizes during the campaign period
- - Update commercials using internal tools
- - Prepare weekly reports for internal meetings
- - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor Degree or fresh graduate (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driven and has strong ownership on process improvements
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eager to join the eCommerce industry
- Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy
