Account Management (50%)
- Responsible for end-to-end management of long tail accounts which includes;
- Prepare pitch and present to prospective merchants
- Send quotations, agreements & relevant documentation to merchants
- Support BD Managers on specific account handling
- Post-campaign follow up and reports
Operational support (50%)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on merchants' activities, deals, and upsizes during the campaign period
- Update commercials using internal tools
- Prepare weekly reports for internal meetings
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or fresh graduate (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus)
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Driven and has strong ownership on process improvements
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eager to join the eCommerce industry
Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy
