- Support Salesforce CRM, Genesys, and other CRM/contact center platform implementations.
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate across stakeholder groups to ensure delivery alignment.
- 7–8 years of experience as a Business/Process Analyst in insurance/claims.
- Techno-functional background with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Genesys, SAP CRM, Avaya).
- Strong requirements documentation and user story definition skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
