As part of a vibey People & Culture Team, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage a full-cycle recruitment process. What is full-cycle recruitment you ask It's sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding for talent across the entire GrowthOps Group. That means owning pipelines across the APAC region and running local campus engagement with universities to keep fresh talent flowing into GrowthOps. What we&aposd love to see from you: Partner with the TA Group Head and hiring managers across multiple markets to fill open roles with standout talent. Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline - from rising grads to niche, hard-to-find specialists. Run the full recruitment cycle: from job post to offer acceptance. Source and attract interns through job boards, social media, and networking events. Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and selection criteria. Hunt for top talent using creative sourcing and headhunting techniques. Keep candidates and hiring teams in the loop - no one should be guessing. Organise and attend campus visits, building strong university relationships. Keep ATS records squeaky clean, and track key metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 3-6 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally with full-cycle experience and employer branding chops. Skilled in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social sourcing. Knowledge of HR labour laws and employment permit processes for expatriates. Excellent communicator, negotiator, and organiser. Comfortable juggling priorities and meeting deadlines without breaking a sweat. A team player with a collaborative, "let's make it happen" attitude.
