Position Summary We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Electronics Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Technology Recruiter (6-month contract) to be based in Kuala Lumpur to work remotely. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools Be a 'recruitment best practice' champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting Professional Experience Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment Prior experience in hiring for Engineering roles (within the Technology space) would be an advantage Excellent stakeholder managementskillsand the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within anorganisation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, IT Literate with MS Office suite Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects Only candidates who are based in Malaysia will be considered.
