Responsibilities You will formulate annual business plans for the region by cascading broad Branch Business goals into specific and measurable business and customer KPIs and targets. You will develop local implementation strategies and control method for the region to adopt to measure the effectiveness of all Channel strategies. You must ensure the company remains on the cutting edge of marketing strategy and execution by being aware of the competition and highlighting gaps in Company competencies to Senior Leadership - work with Senior Leadership to close gaps. Provide solutions and ideas for the region's unique business challenges. You will develop people within the teams and across capabilities by coaching, identifying areas for growth, celebrating successes, managing promotion process, keeping an open dialogue with team, identifying training opportunities. You must work closely with other stakeholders that would positively grow the sales channels. Requirements You must possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or risk management or marketing or its equivalent. You must have at least 10 years of working experience in a General Insurance or General Takaful work environment. Having strong experience in leading and implementing sales strategies for the sales channels in the southern region to achieve business goals and targets. You must demonstrate strong communication, analytical and leadership skills to manage stakeholders would enable further success in this role.
