In this business critical role you will be responsible to drive the designated key account (IKAs/LKAs).Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target and profit objectives of designated key accounts
- Monitor sales achievements relative to objectives and initiate programmes/activities to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Ensure high accuracy of monthly sales forecast and ensure sufficient stocks with healthy shelf life
- Negotiate with buyers on promo cost and margin and plan to achieve account profitability
- Manage and optimise trade fund and achieve planned trade spend KPIs
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales through promotional activities with designated retailers/outlets
- Develop and execute annual business plan, strategies and promotional activities
- Conduct regular business review with designated accounts
- Manage and fulfil existing contractual agreement
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of promotional activities, trade spent/investment and results. Lead and review with trade marketing on key activities
- Develop and maintain good customer service and mutually benefiting relationships with existing retailers
- Analyse and appraise the effectiveness of promotional activities, trade spent/investment and results. Aim to achieve planned ROI/promotional
- Negotiate on category development project works with customers
- Conduct trade visits to trade on a weekly basis together with the sales team
- FMCG experience in managing modern trade retailers in planning and execution
- Minimum of five years' key account management experience and sales operations experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills, resourceful and results-oriented
- Sales operations, merchandising and promo planning, in-store activation
- High level of negotiations and analytical skills
