Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) are an added advantage
2-4 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in property/renovation industry is a plus)
Good knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards, tax, and statutory regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or others)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Tanggungjawab

Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
Ensure timely submission of SST, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other statutory requirements
Handle payments, payroll processing, and staff claims verification
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems for audit and compliance
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
Support management with financial analysis and recommendations
Perform any ad hoc finance and accounting tasks assigned by management
