We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our growing team at an exciting stage of our company's journey. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with 1-2 years of working experience who are passionate about solving real-world network challenges, contributing to project success, and growing their technical career in a supportive SME environment. What you will doing: Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network-related issues for clients, ensuring efficient service delivery and minimal downtime. Pre-Sales & Account Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to provide technical responses for Key Accounts and contribute to client proposals. Proposal & Solution Design: Study project specifications and prepare technical proposals that align with customer requirements. Project Implementation: Support Proof of Concept (POC), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), device provisioning, and onsite installations. Client-Facing Collaboration: Engage with clients and internal teams to solve complex network problems and implement tailored solutions. Network Project Delivery: Participate in the planning, deployment, and upgrade of network infrastructure and migration projects. Network Assessments & Optimization: Perform network assessments and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, and security. Infrastructure Support: Assist with the design, implementation, and day-to-day maintenance of customer and internal network systems. Security Best Practices: Follow and implement best practices in network security and compliance to protect infrastructure integrity. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation and provide guidance to clients and internal users on network operations. Who We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, support, or implementation. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs). Exposure to or experience with enterprise-grade equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper) is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A self-starter who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
