We are looking for a strong Onboarding and Training Lead to join our Malaysia team. This candidate will lead a small team of Onboarding and Training Specialists, to deliver the early Value Recognition of the FMH SaaS Platform. Your duties will include delivering strong onboarding and training, to meet the customers needs and expectations, whilst leading a team to do the same. As a part of our Customer Experience team, your collaborative efforts will contribute to the life-span of this customer. Role Scope Onboarding Strategy: develop and execute the onboarding strategy aligned with the company's overall customer onboarding goals, ensuring that it meets the unique needs and challenges of the Malaysia market. Training Consultant: Contribute to the Training and Development of customers usage and understanding of the system, in order to experience early value recognition. Team Leadership: lead, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service and meet performance expectations. Customer Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary contact during the onboarding process and beyond, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Process Optimization: continuously assess and refine the onboarding processes to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Customer Feedback: gather customer feedback and insights to drive improvements in the onboarding process and product. Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing customer success. Mandarin speaker would be a plus Experience in delivering onboarding and training sessions. Experience with Leading teams to delivering successful onboarding and trainings Ability to keep up with innovation in application design, and bridging Processes to Value Experienced in support of the ERP/POS system and familiar is a plus.
