What You'll Do Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to define and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Own end-to-end sourcing for complex or senior-level technical roles, including talent mapping and competitive intelligence. Develop tailored outreach strategies that prioritize personalization, candidate experience, and diversity. Build deep pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future roles across engineering, data science, infrastructure, and more. Utilize advanced sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Gem, X-ray/Boolean search). Analyze market data and trends to advise on talent availability, compensation, and sourcing strategy. What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in sourcing ideally within high-growth tech or startup environments. Proven ability to source for hard-to-fill or senior-level technical roles (e.g., Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, Data Leads). Expertise in building and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies. A passion for market research, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing tech/tools. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels. Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging sourcing metrics to drive decisions.
