- Fluency in Mandarin and English (Verbal and Written) is a must
- Minimum 1 year CS experience in BPO company
- Have experience in Banking industry is a strong advantage
- Minimum Education Level - Diploma in any field
- Willing to have Rota
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat related to banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction clarifications, and banking platform navigation.
- Provide proactive support by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable banking solutions.
- Educate customers on banking policies, compliance requirements, and digital tools.
- Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and banking regulations.
- Track and resolve customer issues effectively within defined SLAs and escalation procedures
