As we continue to expand, we are seeking an CRM Executive to support our CRM team. Role & Responsibilities: Campaign Execution : Assist in the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns for EDM. Content & Visual Support : Support the creation and deployment of compelling CRM content, including collaboration with design teams for visual assets for EDM. Data Management & Segmentation : Aid in managing customer data, performing basic segmentation for targeted campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy within the CRM system. Performance Monitoring : Help monitor key CRM metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and campaign performance and to make necessary changes quickly to optimise revenue. A/B Testing Support : Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests for subject lines, email copy, content, and product placement to optimize campaign effectiveness. Automated Flow Assistance : May be required to support the management and optimization of automated customer acquisition and retention flows. Ad-hoc Support : Provide general assistance to the CRM team on urgent or ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements : Some basic knowledge or familiarity with CRM systems Understanding of key marketing metrics and their relevance to CRM campaigns. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
