Purpose of the Role: To support all related transactions from Clients and/or Client Key Account Management team and ensure all transactions are attended or process accurately within the timeline What You'll Do : Receive, manage and process accurately all relevant requests from clients and/or Client Key Account Management team via eZCS or Emails to ensure the requests are attended to in a timely manner. Assist and support Client Key Account Management team with client stock take. Fosters close working relationships with the team members in client services department and all operational Business Department in communication, follow-up of operational transaction activities and ensure administrative procedures & practices is comply in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia Work with other team members in different business units to ensure smooth administrative/operational procedures and practices are imposed in compliance with company policy. Provide information and coordination with internal departments -warehouse and respective business unit. Attends, participates, and conducts meetings (internally) including cross-functional meetings. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate. To understand the company digital tools and support services, effectively use our tools, apps including the features, benefits and how to address clients needs. Performs other duties as assigned when required.
