The Opportunity
As a Technical Lead within EY's Digital Engineering team, you will play a strategic role in driving the development and delivery of modern software solutions. You'll lead agile teams, define technical architecture, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to help clients modernize platforms, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and architect scalable digital solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platformsGuide engineering teams in frontend, backend, and mobile development, ensuring best practices across the SDLCDeliver high-performing, secure, and user-centric digital applications using agile methodologiesOversee DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality initiativesAct as a key technical advisor in client engagements, supporting digital strategy and solution designContribute to talent development and technical capability building within the teamTechnology StackFrontend: React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScriptBackend: .NET Core/8+, Node.js, JavaMobile: React Native, Flutter, MAUICloud: Azure, AWS, GCPDevSecOps: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOpsTools: Figma, Selenium, Playwright, Apache JMeterTo Qualify, You Must HaveBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field7+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership roleExperience leading enterprise digital transformation or platform modernization projectsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with data integration, API design, and cloud-native architecturesWhat We Look For
