Key Responsibilities Project Support: Assist in various ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and contributing to project deliverables. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals. Data Management: Organize and maintain datasets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality. Operation Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, responding to customers via phone, email, and chat. Support Departments: Collaborate with different departments, such as marketing, sales, operations, or development, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations. Art the same time, work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our reporting and back end systems. Collaboration: Collaborate with operations to ensure that bookings are processed smoothly and efficiently. Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment. , Pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing ,economics or a related field (or recent graduate). Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
