Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth within the polymer plastic industry in the APAC region.
Identify new market opportunities, establish partnerships, and contribute to the overall commercial success of the company.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing within the polymer plastic industry to drive revenue and market share.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies aligned with business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive positioning.
Conduct regular travel within the APAC region to engage with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.

Multinational company|Regional exposure

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the polymer plastic industry.
Strong business acumen with the ability to formulate and execute strategic plans.
Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
