We can achieve these ambitions through ongoing investments in next generation technologies, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, and most importantly, investing in our people.About the role:In this role as a Process Engineering Manager, will hold responsibility to ensure that process Team management and consistently in Control of your process and team and meet Quality and Productivity requirement as well plan and supervising direct reports accordingly.What you will do:
  • Identify new methods and techniques to maintain and improve produces whilst reviewing existing processes to enhance process repeatability, reliability and reduce downtime
  • Responsible for managing the onboarding of new Products within projects regardless of scale
  • Manage a team of Process Engineers in the writing and execution of OQ/PQ process validation protocols and reports
  • Provide on-Line support for tool builds and tryouts
  • Work with Engineering to lead design reviews and complete process refinement during development/validation
  • Supervise, train, and lead the staff to produce quality products in a safe and productive manner.
  • Work with Process Engineers to resolve issues as well Work with Engineering, Production, customers, and vendors to expedite in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Work within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope to manage risk and ensure adherence to established processes and methodologies through Interaction with customers, suppliers, internal resources and Mentoring engineers in Defining and managing scope, time and cost for complex projects or programs as well Identifying risks, taking responsibility for mitigation actions, and managing mitigation plan
  • Ensure productivity improvements through process changes, document, as well as implement process capability and work with Equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment.
  • Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance. Improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
  • Monitor entire ME LOH, RCA and investigation report in 8D format for any bad material that customer received.
  • Creates DFMEA, PFMEA in Assembly and Test, OCAP, Work Instruction, SPC and Control Plan.
  • Create and revised line process documents and ensure implementation of all manufacturing control and procedures are well documented, align and religiously follow by all concern person in the specific process.
  • Conduct training and development of manufacturing processes and changes to all operators and technicians.
  • Have hands-on knowledge for Plating, Mold, Trim Form, OS tester and singulation process and as well some level of knowledge in chemical and tooling.
  • Responsible / support for the Capacity increase, package transfer and qualification of products within plant.
  • Responsible in collaborating with Equipment Engineering to ensure all equipment are properly maintained and controls are implemented.
  • Responsible for validating new products and processes and making sure metrics and indices are met for high volume production.
  • Perform other related tasks which may be required from time to time.
What you will need:
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in Line Maintenance and Process Engineering Management
  • Min 7 years experience in semiconductors manufacturing environment, with good process knowledge.
  • Proven supervisory and technical skills
