- Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies that integrate brand, digital, traditional, and experiential channels to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, and customer experience, to align marketing initiatives with consumer insights and business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and behavioral analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and decision-making processes.
- Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing plans that drive long-term engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Design and execute holistic marketing initiatives that leverage both online and offline channels to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure brand consistency and resonance across all customer touchpoints, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable impact and ROI.
- Monitor and report on overall marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
- Ability to identify business opportunities from interpreting data, consumer insights, market research methodologies, and behavioral analytics, consumer trends.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple integrated marketing efforts simultaneously.
- Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to deliver innovative and customer-centric marketing solutions.Familiar with social media content generation, campaigns, analytics, tracking and brand engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Equipped with 360 media know-how.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms for automation, analytics, and multi-channel execution.
- Having advertising agency experience would be a plus point.
