Building Site Supervisor

• 3-5 years of construction site management experience, able to independently lead a team to execute projects
• Familiar with construction methods, materials, and relevant building regulations
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and leadership skills

• Manage on-site staff, arrange work schedules, and supervise progress
• Strictly enforce health and safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections
• Accurately record attendance, progress, and site activity reports
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects
• Manage construction material inventory to avoid waste or shortages
• Quickly resolve on-site issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
