- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction sector.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) for communication with China-based management.
- Able to read and interpret technical & construction drawings.
- Familiar with building works, civil works, and site safety regulations.
- CIDB green card holder preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to multiple project sites within Selangor.
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor site works for building, structural, and civil works projects.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
- Communicate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor site progress to meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
- Implement site safety procedures in compliance with CIDB safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records.
- Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- RM 4,000 - RM 5,500 (based on experience and skills).
