Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and hiring practices in the technology industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Location: Malaysia, Hybrid Working Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. Manage a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
