Purpose We are seeking a sales Intern to support all-channel administrative operations of the Club Med Malaysia Sales Office and Commercial Team. He/she will be supporting the MICE and Trade sales team for Malaysia. Responsibilities Provide sales administrative support for the Malaysia Commercial Team, covering both MICE and Trade business. Responsible for compliance with Club Med sales processes Prepare standard quotations and proposals for the Malaysia Sales Team Manage data entry for enquiries, sales leads, opportunities, and accounts in Salesforce; generate and retrieve weekly reports for the Director of Sales Liaise with resort departments to ensure clients' needs and requests are met Assist Malaysia sales team on room and transport reservation details, and post-stay documentation for confirmed group bookings when required Conduct courtesy and sales calls when necessary Support Malaysia sales team on compliance-related matters, including contract signatory, invoice and payment Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, travel fairs, and special projects alongside the Commercial Sales Team for all Channels of business when required Assist Sales Managers and Director in preparing reports, presentations, agreements, and sales materials Provide general administrative support for the Malaysia Commercial Team's sales operations Assist with ad hoc initiatives and activities organized by the team Job Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment A passion for sales and a willingness to learn Ideally 6 months internship Show more Show less
