Job Summary Support BD Team in planning, market research, implement retail strategies and to manage new/ existing outlets development of Famous Amos retail business Responsible on rental negotiation, financial reviews, tenancy execution and projects developments. Job Responsibilities Identify, source, and conduct marketing research for outlet expansion, relocations and renewals of existing outlets in accordance to business growth plans Negotiate with mall leasing teams, property agencies, landlords and service providers to secure fair terms on new/existing leases and amendments Conduct site evaluations/visits and analyze site suitability on new/existing retail markets to gain better understanding of the latest F&B market opportunities/trends Track and monitor all leasing contracts, prepare new proposal desks and providing up to date status to HOD. Ensure business development planning is aligned with business objectives Perform quantitative analysis on outlet turnover and profitability, evaluate new leases and renewal proposals, recommend a suitable rental structure to meet company P&L rental budget Manage relationships with mall leasing team, appointed property agencies and service providers to ensure effective management of property development initiatives Collaborate with the HQ Legal/ finance team to obtain appropriate legal advice and financial analysis for creation of property development and lease documentation Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Business Development/Leasing and company behavior to achieve team/function goals Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Development/Leasing and company behavior as part of continuous learning Job Requirements Demonstrate knowledge of all competitive developing properties, areas, customer demographics and available media Demonstrate knowledge in F&B-related business development, acquisition and leasing Demonstrate experience in leading retail outlet expansion in existing and new markets Demonstrate analytical skills Proven proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken Good communication skills Diploma/Degree in Business studies/Marketing preferred Related working experience in retail/ leasing management and shopping mall developments
