Your Role in VT Markets As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist based in Malaysia, you will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager and play a critical role in supporting VT Markets' ambitious growth from 360 to 700 employees by end of 2025. Working within the HR department, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders across all functions globally while partnering with regional HR operations teams and the global HR COE in Singapore. Your primary impact will be optimizing our talent acquisition infrastructure through data-driven insights, ATS management, and process improvements that enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience on a global scale. Your Responsibilities: ATS Management & Optimization: Support the management and optimization of our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity, efficient candidate profile organization, and maintenance of a robust, searchable talent database for current and future recruitment needs Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analysis of key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and channel performance, generating actionable insights and regular reports to inform strategic recruitment decisions Tool & Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize recruitment tools and technologies (ATS, job boards, CRM systems) to enhance productivity, standardize processes, and eliminate inefficiencies across the global hiring workflow Referral Program Management: Support the employee referral program by actively promoting participation, tracking effectiveness, and implementing optimization strategies to strengthen the pipeline of qualified candidates Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment operations support, and ensure alignment between talent acquisition processes and business objectives Candidate Experience Enhancement: Support the recruitment team in delivering seamless candidate experiences while contributing to employer branding initiatives that position VT Markets as an employer of choice in the fintech industry Ad-hoc Recruitment Support: Provide hands-on recruitment assistance during high-volume hiring periods or specialized searches to meet business demands and support team objectives What Success Looks Like Enhanced Hiring Efficiency: Demonstrable improvements in recruitment operational metrics through optimized processes, better tool utilization, and streamlined workflows that support the company&aposs growth trajectory Data-Driven Decision Making: Consistent delivery of comprehensive recruitment analytics and insights that enable strategic hiring decisions and process improvements across all business functions Operational Excellence: Successfully maintained ATS optimization and referral program performance that contributes to a strong talent pipeline and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey What Makes You a Great Fit: Job Experience & Education: Minimally 2 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, in-house talent acquisition or similar HR operational roles Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in fast-growing environments, preferably within fintech, technology, or similar industries Technical and Functional Skills: Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with HiBob experience highly preferred Advanced data analysis capabilities with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and generate actionable insights Expertise in recruitment tools optimization including HRIS and job board management Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional business stakeholders Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement orientation Adaptability and innovation focus to implement creative solutions in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment Business Mandarin proficiecy is required to liaise with Chinese stakeholders based overs What We Offer As official partners of Newcastle United F.
